Vaccinations will soon be taking place in schools for all children from Reception to Year 11. Parents and carers can give consent online at Vaccination UK Immunisation

 

Alternatively, you can request a paper consent form by contacting Vaccination UK by telephone on 01902 200077 or by email at wolverhampton@v-uk.co.uk

All pupils from reception to Year 11 will receive their vaccine in the school setting except those with certain medical conditions.
